We have tried others but this is the only one we frequent now. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and QUICK. The food is delicious and the portions are more than adequate. Especially lunch. This time, when I asked for my simple meal it came with surprise misc. charge. When I paid, I thought it might have been a mistake because they did not explain anything up front. The cashier gave me an- 'it is what it is answer', and I felt very disappointed! By the way, I order nachos, with no cheese- half with ground beef/ half with shredded chicken. Each is the same price on the menu- so I'm not trying to trick them into giving more or less. This meat I ordered is pre-made...so...I don't understand.
